I was an avid user of another manufacturer's braid for the last 6 years on all my builds. That was till I discovered PRO TECH model parts. The braid system PRO TECH offers is much more realistic in braid scale and finish. I have recently moved over to the PRO TECH system because it just flat out looks more realistic than any other braid out there. All of his detail products are second to none in my opinion. From now on it’s PRO TECH all the way!!!

I’ve been detailing models for over twenty years now, and have used all sorts of products. As a long time user of a leading manufacturer’s products, I was skeptical of Pro Tech’s line at first. That was until I tried some of their outstanding products. Pro Tech’s braided line and fitting systems are some of the easiest to use, and most accurate styles on the market. Not only that, they produce some of the finest turned metal and photo etch parts I’ve ever used. Give Pro Tech a try, you won’t be disappointed. The gallery speaks for itself!

I’ve used PRO TECH model car detail accessories for many years. PRO TECH’S product line contains some of the highest quality scale model car aftermarket accessories available anywhere. And PRO TECH’S new braided lines are simply THE best scale lines on the market today, not to mention how cool they look! Use them with the new turned aluminum hex fittings and see for yourself how these items will make any scale motor come to life! The clients I have been commissioned to build scale replicas for have been stunned at how PRO TECH Model Products greatly enhances their finished replica model. Plus the owner of PRO TECH is a model builder himself, so he knows what it takes to put out a quality product. Don’t hesitate. Get your hands on some PRO TECH Model Products and add some high quality aftermarket detail items to that next project!

As a long-time builder of scale auto racing replicas, I have had the need to replicate the braided stainless steel fluid lines commonly used on these vehicles. In the early days of my model building, I used silver braided gift wrap ribbon, silver thread, and even elastic cord painted silver! As the level of detail and quality expectations increased, I searched out improved materials, finally locating the shielded wire used in electronics, as well as various types of braided line purchased from several aftermarket suppliers.

When I discovered Pro Tech’s line of braided lines, I was completely blown away by the scale fidelity and accuracy of the material! I recently completed a fully detailed replica of A. J. Foyt’s USAC stock car, using exclusively Pro Tech braided lines, and the results were fantastic. I have stocked my scratch building supply drawer with only Pro Tech braided line and have thrown out the rest! I intend to use nothing but the Pro Tech product from this point forward.

Thanks Pro Tech for helping my models achieve the highest level of scale realism possible.

The Pro Tech Non-Operating Signals are highly detailed and extremely well crafted and accurate to scale. The signals come in a jewel case to insure the product arrives safe with no damage. These signals add great detail to those track-side scenes at a reasonable price for the modeler.

I have used many different brands of aftermarket parts in my builds....but for me Pro Tech parts are the best I have ever used! They stand above all the rest for detail and quality! Additionally you get great customer service after the sale! You have a customer for life!!! Thanks Charlie!

Charlie, I would like to thank you for your "Outstanding" products that I have purchased from you, braided lines, wire looms, fuel and oil gauges and tee fittings. Your products have made my builds come to life and I am very thankful for that. I have gotten so many compliments on my builds lately and it's because your products are so realistic. Not only do you have great products, your packaging and shipping is top notch. I will definitely be buying more stuff from you. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Thanks again,

"The first time I tried Pro Tech products I was very very impressed. The braided hose is simply the best I've seen and worked with. It cuts easy and has an inner core for extra support which prevents distortion, especially in tight bends. The durable braids are very accurately scaled, and don't come apart when handled and plumbed with fittings. The hoses retain their shape and look extremely realistic.

I've been building and detailing models for nearly 18 years, and have tried all sorts of engine plumbing products from other various companies, and nothing I've ever used comes close to the Pro Tech line.

The photoetched and machined parts Pro Tech offers, look superb. The items that are mounted on rubber backings separate without hassle, and are very easy to work with..The customer service, communication, and tech support is outstanding, and very helpful..

If your serious about scale model building and working with some of the best aftermarket parts in the industry, give Pro Tech a try today!! "

I have been building models on and off for over 30 years now and found the braided hose from Pro Tech is by far the most realistic braided hose on the market. It holds its shape and does not flatten under pressure. Their white metal oil filters are to scale and very realistic right down to the finger grips around the bottom......

I found PRO TECH'S web site to be very user friendly. Their items and service is the best around.  They give precise info on what you are purchasing, so there's no guessing games. I always send my customers to Pro-Tech for any of their detail needs.
Using their items can bring your models to a higher level of realism. I also use them on many of my master models, such as "Nut & Bolt Heads" to bring my Chassis' , Bumpers and Misc. parts to be as accurate as possible. Give them a try and I guarantee you'll want more !
